 Screw Conveyor

The screw conveyor is a piece of conveying equipment that doesn't contain any flexible traction

components. The impetus generated by the rotating screw blade is used to move materials for

a short distance in a vertical or inclined direction.

Features
1. Our product uses a cycloidal speed reducer or a helical gear hard tooth surface speed reducer

to realize direct transmission, and it runs in a quiet and stable way.

2. The hanging jacket in the middle adopts high-quality oil filled nylon as well as a separated structure.

So, it is resistant to wear, and generates low noise when working. In addition, it also allows easy assembly

and disassembly.

3. The screw blade is formed by extruding steel belt in a single pass, and excellent consistency is achieved

for both the screw pitch and the diameter. The gap between the screw blade and the closed trough

is reasonably designed, and the blade and shaft are perfectly welded with little deformation,

thereby ensuring the concentricity of the shaft. As for the U-shaped groove, it is manufactured

by a CNC bending

machine to guarantee good straightness of connection.

4. Aside from the abovementioned direct transmission, this screw conveyor could also use a V-belt

for power transmission. This transmission is also stable and reliable with a low noise level,

while the installation and maintenance are both very convenient.
